1. Place the flowers in front of you at a comfortable height.

5. Visualize golden coins (or whatever you wish to manifest) gently falling from above and landing softly in your hands.

6. See doors around you opening one by one, each revealing a new, supportive opportunity.

7. Breathe in a sense of expansion into your chest and belly; exhale any resistance. (Take 3–5 slow breaths.)
