Read once, then follow (soft gaze first, eyes closed later)

1. Place the flower bowl in front of you at a comfortable height.

2. Sit tall; relax shoulders and jaw. Soften your gaze into the water.

3. Watch the petals (real or imagined) unfold as you breathe slowly in and out.

4. Say (aloud or inward): “I rise from within.” (×3)

5. On each inhale, imagine your body gently unfolding like the flower — chest, ribs, face, and heart opening.

6. On each exhale, let go of the past; see it dissolving into the surface of the water.

7. Close your eyes. Inhale fresh energy, hope, and light filling your whole body; linger for 3–5 slow breaths.

8. To seal, touch your heart and whisper “Thank you.” Lift your gaze, take one deep breath, and end.
